The Original Bug Lists






At our first meeting together as a team we shared our bug lists, making one giant, collective bug list. Then, from this list, we chose our top bugs to consider for brainstorming.

The Long Version


-putting fitted sheets on
-flat sheets: too snug, or slip to the end of the bed
-fabrics that pill
-socks that slip down
-light switches far from bed
-beds at awkward heights
-rugs that slip around
-towels that don't absorb
-fabric softener not labeled as not detergent
-popcorn: always un-popped or scorched
-lotion that is difficult to get out
-nail polish that dry up in the bottle
-nail polish that chips
-make-up that spills easily
-poster tape not sticking to cement
-hot chocolate powder that needs to be stirred in
-clothing that fades
-jeans: too tight out of the wash, become too baggy with wear
-hair curlers need time to heat up
-iphone screen goes black during calls
-zippers that get stuck
-showers with confusing hot and cold labels
-jackets that create static
-lip gloss that wear off
-internet that takes a moment to reconnect after sleeping
-squeaky mattress frames
-loud, ticking analog clocks
-confusing heater controls
-soap dispensers that don't work
-keys that are difficult to press down
-bottle tops that are hard to twist
-water bottle holders that aren't big enough
-complicated, illogical building layouts
-Blackboard does not remember frequent user names
-My cell phone does not have a weekly alarm setting
-Mac remotes affect all Macs
-Bricks that are not even in locust walk (causes tripping)
-The Arizona Cardinals are in the Super Bowl
-Microsoft Office bugs
-Printers do not print on both sides of paper automatically
-The walls in the dorm are anti-stick
-Blackboard reformats text when you copy and paste into it
-Black gate exiting the quad is not automatic
-Blinds are not effective at blocking out light in the morning
-Mac books wifi is buggy
-Light that comes with the dorm room is useless
-Not enough maps on campus
-No recycling bins in dorms
